Good remedy for motion sickness (Flying Sickness)
Try to avoid taking any form of drug as these tend to make you drowsy, try extract of ginger, or just eat a few ginger biscuits and order a ginger ale from the flight bar.
A good alternative, and one that I personally recommend, is wearing anti travel-sickness wristbands.
These apply slight pressure to the inside of your wrist - and really work - but if you don’t want to wear them, just apply the pressure yourself with your other thumb. Place two fingers across your inner wrist, and the pressure point is just below.
This method is good for relieving any nausious moment, not just motion sickness
