You don’t need any software to block the popups. Assuming that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer (Version 7). Go to Tools - Internet Option - Privacy. Click on the settings button under the pop up Blocker heading below after clicking on “turn on popup blocker” In the settings tab- choose filter level as High.
If you are using older versions of Internet Explorer, it is time to update your browser!
